Yes, we do charge a £3 return fee, that will be deducted from the refunded amount unless it is faulty.

The tracking information should be emailed to you as soon as your order has been despatched. If you have not received your despatch email with the tracking information for your order, please email cs@whitesmokeuk.com and a member of our Customer Care team will happily investigate this for you!

It usually takes 1-2 working days for our warehouse to process your order and hand it over to our carriers. You should be emailed to you as soon as your order has been despatched.

All UK tracking should update within 24-48 hours of despatch however sometimes this may take slightly longer due to courier delays beyond our control.

Generally, our products run true to size although you may wish to size up or down depending on your desired fit. Please see our size guide for specific measurements to help you choose the perfect fit for you!
